Tiene espacios comunes bonitos, como sus jardines, por otro lado ne toco una habitacion en el sotano, con una pequeña ventana que tiene como vista un muro de concreto a diez centimetros, lo que podria calificar como una masmorra.

Muy buena localización, cerca de la Plaza de San Blas. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Buena calefacción y excelente limpieza. De las mejores vistas que se pueden tener de Cusco. El desayuno es buenísimo, el día que llegamos nos recibieron con Choco-tejas y Pisco Sours de cortesía. Nos llevaron gratis de vuelta al aeropuerto. El personal muy amable y servicial.

Un hotel três estrellas que está más cerca de ser de cuatro estrellas. Muy buenas instalaciones en todo el predio. Están muy bien decoradas, y al detalle. Ubicado en el barrio San Blás, y desde el hotel hay una vista esoevta de la ciudad de Cusco. Las habitaciones son muy buenas, con camas muy cómodas, y muy buena calefacción. El WiFi es excelente. El lugar para el desayuno, como el desayuno en sí, son también muy buenos. Muy buen precio precio para el servicio que ofrecen. Recomendable si vas a Cusco.

The breakfast was really good and the common areas and garden were super cute. The staff was really nice. However, our room didn't have hot water for the entirety of the first day of our stay, the WiFi didn't reach our room and in any case even if we went in the common areas, it was super slow. The room was super damp which made us uncomfortable because our clothes were always moist. The room was quite loud during the night with dogs barking outside etc. and for example this morning at 4 the bread man was knocking on the door to deliver the bread and no one was opening the door for him. So he kept on knocking until my mom went downstairs and opened the door (???) Maybe it would be have been a really great place if we were given a different room

The rooms are clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The common areas are gorgeous and the view from the balconies is unmatched. There is a also a restaurant on the top where you can get tasty, reasonably priced meals. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and any group.

The property looks beautiful but the beds are hard as a rock and the pillows are flat. On top of that we would run out of soap or toilet paper and had to ask for it to be replaced instead of it being done when the room was cleaned. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend.

La habitación dada tenía un pequeño balcón con vistas al jardín interior bien cuidado y le habíamos dado un calentador para la noche (mi novia es una mujer de pies fríos, pero se sintió bien con el calor de la habitación). Me gusta mucho el desayuno que estaba en la cafetería en la parte superior del hotel, con una gran vista de Cuzco. La distancia a pie a la plaza es como 10 minutos (y muy agradable, San Blas es un barrio genial para quedarse). El baño siempre estaba limpio y teníamos agua caliente todo el día (lamento leer la otra crítica sobre la falta de agua caliente, también me molestaría mucho). A mi novia realmente le gustó la arquitectura de estilo alemán de la habitación (le recordó a la casa de su abuela). Con todas las opciones en Cuzco, esta es una buena. (Original) I stayed here 6 years ago and I chose to stay here again on 2019. I enjoyed staying here and although the walking up to San Blas is always a little breathtaking, is totally worth it. We had the promotion 3+1 night free and it was great. The room given had a small balcony with a view to the well cared indoor garden and we had given a heater for the night (my gf is a cold feet lady, but she felt ok with the room warmth). I really like the breakfast which was on the cafeteria on top of the hotel, with a great view of Cuzco. Walking distance to the plaza is like 10min (and a very pleasant one, San Blas is a cool neighbourhood to be staying around). The bathroom was always clean and we had hot water all day (I'm sorry to read the other review about the lack of hot water, I'd be super annoyed too). My gf really liked the german-style architecture of the room (reminded her of her grandma's house). With all options in Cuzco, this is a good one.

Hotel is nice but it is uphill, about 15 mins walk from the main square. Not all staffs speak English. One we needed to use a translation apps to help, but somehow he still made a mistake for our packed breakfast. Hotel can arrange packed breakfast if you leave early for your tours. Hot shower. Room with heater. Comfy bed.
