Small room, but HUGE bed! Was able to check in early which was really nice as I was super sick and just wanted to sleep. Wonderful roof top patio. Cute dining room with eggs to order. Nice change from all the scrambled egg buffets. The staff were very kind, making an extra effort to check in on my well being.

Great location very close to the Santa Catalina Monastery, we were in courtyard rooms it was pretty quiet. Lots of outdoor seating areas, courtyard two different decks with great views. Breakfast was good

Nice hotel. Location is perfect. Santa Catalina monastery is few steps away. And plaza de Armas and all the good restaurants are very close. Very friendly staffs. Most of all we enjoyed Lolo and Lola two resident turtoises.

The hotel is in a great location - right next to the historical centre. Staff are super friendly and willing to help. English is good, as well. There is a nice view from the rooftop as well and a nice court yard just to lounge in to get used to the altitude.

Good hostel, very central. The hallways are very noisy, but other than that it's good. The rooftop terrace is a nice touch, the breakfast is good - cooked to order eggs and a buffet. The rooms are clean although as mentioned can be noisy at times from the hallways.

Basic room but very friendly staff. They provide packed breakfast if you let them know you are going out for early tours. Allow early check in at no charge if room is available.. Even as early as 6am
